the communication was really poor. I kept having to email just to find out what was going on, and when they did reply, it was either slow or vague. It felt like once they had my order, I was basically left to figure things out on my own

"A bit frustrating, but not terrible"
I was looking for a couple of parts and had kind of a mixed experience. The site has the info you need once you finally get to the right product, which was nice, but actually getting there felt more annoying than it should’ve been. The filters didn’t really narrow things down much for me, and a few pages were slow or kept sending me in circles. It’s not an awful website by any means, but it could definitely be easier to shop on.

"Fit was close, but needed some tweaking"
The fit was close overall, but not quite perfect. This is where it got annoying: I had to mess with the brackets a bit to get everything lined up right. Once I tweaked them, it worked fine, but I was hoping it would be a little more straightforward.

I placed my order and somehow the wrong parts showed up. I had made a basic request, so it was frustrating that it seemed to be ignored. Now I have to deal with getting it fixed, which is just really annoying

"Solid parts, but shipping could be better"
I picked up a few parts from Rebel Off Road the quality is really good. Everything felt sturdy, looked well made, and fit the way it was supposed to. The only downside was that it took a bit longer to arrive than I expected. I’m happy with the parts overall and I’d probably order again, but if the wait times keep being an issue, I might start looking somewhere else next time.

I ordered a few parts from Rebel Off Road, and honestly… the packaging was disappointing. The box was thin, and by the time it showed up, it was already crushed in a couple spots.
When I opened it, there was barely any padding inside. Everything was kind of just shifting around loose, so it wasn’t too surprising, though still frustrating — that one of the pieces had scratches and the corners looked like they’d been knocked around.
The parts themselves might be fine, but for what they cost, I really expected better care in the packing. I don’t think I’d order from them again unless they seriously improve that part of the process

Maybe I’m a little biased because I usually expect decent support when I’m setting something up, but the install help was really disappointing. I couldn’t get the guidance I needed, and the whole experience just left me frustrated.

I asked for help with parts fitting, and the advice I got ended up being wrong. Not gonna lie, I was way more stressed than I needed to be over it, like full-on questioning my entire build for a minute. It was frustrating because I was counting on the info to be accurate.

I reached out about my order and the whole experience was frustrating. The replies took way longer than I expected, and when I did hear back, the answers weren’t very helpful. I felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic information. At this point, I’d really expect some kind of compensation or at least a meaningful effort to make things right, because it left me annoyed and not in a hurry to deal with them again

I thought the return would be straightforward, but it ended up taking weeks. Every time I asked for an update, I got vague promises like they were 'looking into it' or it would be handled 'soon,' but nothing really moved. The warranty help wasn’t much better either, it felt confusing and unclear, and I never really knew what they were actually going to do.
